Hunter's Reserve

Hunter’s Reserve is located in the Village of Caledonia, Racine County, just north of the corner of Hwy. G and Hwy. V, which provides excellent access to the interstate (less than 5 minutes away!). Hunter’s Reserve covers 98-acres and contains only 17 single family lots, leaving over 70-acres of open space. The subdivision conforms with the Village of Caledonia Conservation Subdivision Ordinance. The subdivision contains two outlots that will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner’s Association. Outlot 1 contains over 62-acres and will contain several retention ponds and is the location of the community mound system that will service the subdivision. The cost of the community mound system is included in the price of the lot; your only cost would be the connection fee to the mound system. In addition, each property will be serviced by a private well (installed at buyer’s expense). Each lot in Hunter’s Reserve is over one-acre in size. There is one street into the subdivision ending in a cul-de-sac which reduces “drive through” traffic. Also contained in the subdivision will be walking trails through the outlots and a forested area on the northern end of the subdivision. All of the outlots will be protected under a Conservation Easement Agreement.

An entry monument for the subdivision will be placed along Highway V along with a landscaped area surrounding the pond. Property values will be protected by Restrictive Covenants and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Association.
